Money orders are traceable, that is the whole point in paying with one. Otherwise people would just send cash all the time. It does cost money, and take time to have it traced, but in the end you will know if she cashed it. If it wasn't cashed, and was lost, you can be reimbursed. However, if it was cashed, then it is a legal matter.

I would track to see if the MO you sent was cashed. There is no way that she can deny that it wasn't payed for then.

you give her the MO nummber after prrof and she can trace it back.

Since you filled out out to her, she would be the only one that could cash/deposit it.

I won an ebay auction about 3 weeks ago for a MOC My Little Pony. I paid her 2 weeks ago and included the money order with all my information on it so she can contact me anytime. I've emailed her and she still never got back to me. If i don't get a response from her this week, this seller is going to pay dearly...

Hey Chaser, Don't know where you got your money order but any that I have ever used are usually easy to find out if they have been cashed. You only have to pay if you want a copy of the MO. If it was a USPS MO, just go to the PO and they can tell you when and where it was cashed. If you got it at some store, there is usually a phone number you can call (it's on the stub). They'll tell you when and what city it was cashed in. Hope that helps [img]smile.gif[/img]
